Updates for those candidates who have not paid the exam fees because of
any reason, are to be rejected for the IES Exam 2013 and ISS Exam 2013.
UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) issued a rejected candidate's list on the official website to notify all such candidates to check their names and roll number and if they're rejected then they can appeal to the commission along with the details required like transaction id, transaction details of exam fees payment etc. to verify about the payment.
UPSC IES / ISS Exam 2013 is scheduled to held from 9 September, 2013
at various exam centers in India in different session as mentioned in
the official advertisement available on the commission website: http://upsc.gov.in and http://upsconline.nic.in.

All the candidates appeared in UPSC IES Exam 2013 or UPSC ISS Exam 2013, must have to check the following list issued by the commission to confirm his/her name in the list of rejected candidates list because
of non-payment of exam fees. The following list containing the name of
the candidate, registration id, exam name and transaction id (payment
id).

How To Appeal:
If your name is present in the list of rejected candidates list then you can appeal to commission to submit the original proof of exam fees payment within 10 days of this notification either by hand or speed post to the commission office.
