How to Apply for Minority Scholarship:
Visit the website http://momascholarship.gov.in and Click on the Scholarship for which you are applying and Read the details about the Scholarship and Click on Student Registration Under Fresh.
Before filling the Form please read the guidelines. Enter the Nationality, Religion, Parental Annual Income and click on Apply for Scholarship.
Fill the Online Application Form and Submit. Fill the application as per the SSLC Certificate and Prepare Parents Income Declaration in a Non Judicial Stamp Paper and get it signed by the Father or Mother. 
Take a Printout of the Form and attach necessary documents (Parents Income Declaration, Nativity Certificate, Attested copies of educational certificates, Photo Should be affixed on the Application Printout and Sign on the Photo) and Submit it to the Head of the Institution where the student is studying. 
There is some filed to be filled by the Institution and Sign on it and Affix Institution Seal on it. After the institution authenticate the application form send it to the State Department.
